It all starts by first completing your "Quantum Growth personal & professional audit" a snapshot that gives you the chance to evaluate where you're at with your personal and business life, where you're going, and why.
Your answers tell me about your beliefs, values, limitations, dreams, aspirations, and a whole lot more. It's simply a starting point which we use to decide where the coaching begins and we use your audit as a navigation tool to ensure we stay on track.
Regular sessions enable you to learn and then implement the changes into your life and your business and then check in to see what worked, what needs adjusting. Be prepared to do work between sessions.
We go deeper into the subject of mindset. Sessions will be guided by what you want and what I see you need. This is based upon experience as a coach and trainer. We often bust through limitations and false glass ceilings during these sessions. Think of me as the navigator and you as the driver, once we know where you want to go we will devise a plan to get you there and enjoy the journey.
YOUR QUANTUM GROWTH BREAKTHROUGH PROGRAMME for Coaches

MONTH 1 - A 3-hour intensive session where we go deep into change work. Followed by a 1-hour coaching session 2 weeks later.

MONTH 2 - 2 x 90 mins ZOOM coaching sessions held either the first and third week or the second and fourth of the calendar month leaving a break between sessions.

MONTH 3 - 2 x 90 mins ZOOM coaching sessions timings as for month 2.
PROGRAMME INVESTMENT £8,000.
After your initial Quantum Growth Breakthrough Program is complete, many clients either simply roll their program on for another 3 months. The rates clients book in at remains fixed for the future.
PAYMENT OPTIONS

MONTH 1 to 12. 1 x 60 mins ZOOM coaching session held either the first or third week of the month excluding August which is blocked out from any coaching so the programme duration is for 13 months.
